Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
We provide automation consulting and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the custom workflows and automations created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our general methodologies, templates, and tools.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
